POSITION RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Trial preparation and Court Appearances
- Attendance at board meetings for community associations
- Drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda
- Corresponding via phone and email with Courts, clients, homeowners, landlords and tenants
- Legal Research using Westlaw
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania a PLUS!)
- Entry level
- Very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Experienced Associate Attorney – Full Time
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania a PLUS!)
- 1-3 years of experience and/or judicial clerkship
- Very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent research and writing skills

Paralegal – Full Time
Collections Department
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assisting attorneys in drafting/preparation of correspondence and legal documents such as liens, complaints and motions pertaining to Collection matters
- Finalizing legal documents and file with Courts
- Corresponding with clients, management companies, unit owners and the Courts, via phone and email
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Paralegal Certificate required
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong math, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Paralegal/Legal Assistant – Full Time

- Assisting attorneys in drafting/preparation of correspondence and legal documents pertaining to Landlord/Tenant matters
- Finalizing legal documents and file with Courts
- Corresponding with clients, management companies, tenants and the Court via phone and email
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- College Degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred – Willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong math, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Associate/Law Clerk – Full Time
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assisting attorneys in the initial drafting/preparation of correspondence and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research on questions of law using Westlaw
- Assisting with file preparation for Court appearances by attorneys
- Organizing and maintaining client files
- Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Law School program
- Excellent case management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and legal procedures
- Experience with drafting correspondence and legal documents for filing with Courts
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Able to work independently and as a team member
